Paradigme Groupe is essentially a consulting firm organized around a core of permanent partners who are supported by a scalable reserve of additional consultants, subject matter experts, industry experts and temp staff who are on call, and available, based on the statement of work, contract volume and demands of our clientele.
Q. Is Paradigme Groupe a Law Firm?
A.) We are not a law firm, legal practice or paralegal service and do not provide legal advice. We provide business advice. In contract areas that require legal review, legal input or legally written content, we either refer those matters to the client's in-house counsel or, if requested, will refer any legal matters to attorney's that consult for the Paradigm Groupe.
Q. How do I know that the confidentiality of our contract work, intellectual property and vendor relationships will be protected?
A.) The protection of your contract work, confidentiality, intellectual property and discussions with Paradigme Groupe consultants is of the utmost importance. In addition to signing NDAs, we are also happy to provide background information about any of our assigned staff, or consultants, to make sure there are no conflicts of interest, implicit bias or concurrent engagements with competitors.
Q. What are your references?
A.) Professional references from colleagues are available under the "References" tab on this website's menu. For client-specific references, we are pleased to provide them on request. Because of sensitivities around confidentiality and privacy we don't share the names of our clients on our website. Also, we don't use our clients as references without first getting a formal release. Finally, because each client is different, we believe references should be provided which are most relevant based on industry or scope of work performed.

A.) More than 15 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, administration and analysis. Over 15,700 contracts executed in contract value from over a half billion to under one hundred. They ranged from highly complex multi-party contracts, to basic agreements and spanned enterprise, small business and government sectors. All while demonstrating a record of driving results in improving contracting timelines, while maximizing margins and building strategic relationships - guiding these contracts from pre-bid to term sheets, drafting, legal, execution & renewals.

A.) We are not CPAs. Accountants or an Accounting Firm and do not provide accounting advice. We provide business advice. In contract areas that require professional accounting work or advice, we either refer those matters to the client's in-house accountants or, if requested, will refer any accounting matters to accountants that consult for the Paradigme Groupe.
