Don Layton, CPA, is the founder of Layton Layton & Tobler LLP. Don graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has worked for two national CPA firms before starting his own firm. He has extensive experience in business consulting, tax preparation, accounting and audits, including contract audits, for businesses and non-profit organizations. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is currently a member of the AICPA Tax section. In addition, Don is an active member of the Nevada Society of CPAs and has served on several of its committees, including serving as Chairman of the Nevada Society of CPAs' Management of an Accounting Practice (MAP) committee three different times
Bruce Jorgensen, Esq., has practiced law since 1996. His practice focuses primarily on business, contract, corporate and transactional law. Mr. Jorgensen received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated cum laude and, previously, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. His professional associations and memberships include the American Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. His exceptional legal acumen is reflected by his rating of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell


Dr. Paulson is a program faculty member at the University of Notre Dame where he specializes in the field of contract negotiation along with numerous other areas of executive development. He has taught in the Notre Dame Executive MBA and Accountancy programs. Dr. Paulson’s primary responsibility is as a faculty member of the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his PhD in communication studies at Northwestern University. Paulson has published articles, case studies and book chapters in outlets such as The Journal of Applied Psychology and the Negotiation Journal of Conflict Management and Communication Research.
Dr. Wirasinghe is world renowned expert on the subject of decision-making and also frequently offers advice and consulting in the field of contract negotiation. He is a highly sought-after speaker with passion, vision and purpose as well as a guest lecturer at the University of Houston's Executive MBA program. He is the author of the book: The Art of Making Decisions-Expanding Common Sense & Experience. Dr. Wirasinghe graduated as a Valedictorian from Teesside University, U.K. and was awarded the prestigious CBI Scholarship to do his Ph.D. As a university professor, he has published papers on topics relating to management, engineering and economics. He has carved out a niche as a “decision-maker” who shatters the myths and long held logic of decision-making.


Dr. Weeks is and a former professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His expertise in psychology spans the full spectrum of human dynamics and interpersonal communication. He has numerous publications and 30 years of experience teaching and doing research and practice. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in both Clinical Psychology and Family Studies in 1979 from Georgia State University. Since 1979, Dr. Weeks has served as: Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of North Carolina, Program Director at Council for Relationships/Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and President of the American Board of Family Psychology in 1988 and 1989
